I have trained in massage therapy and energy work since 1995 starting with an “accidental”enrollment in a meditation class. ; ) The Universe knows what is the right path! The ancient art of being still, listening to one’s inner knowledge in order to navigate life’s choices turned into a curriculum of Reiki classes, attunements, and NH certification in massage therapy (including the requisite bodywork techniques, ethics and anatomy & physiology).

A  5-year apprenticeship in Peruvian shamanism and teachings to become “curandera” (healer) followed, along with trainings in pilates, functional movement and many certifications in energy related modalities. I continue to work with some of my original teachers in the realm of geomancy- earth healing.

My present-day inner work is focused on bringing as much lighthearted kindness and laughter as it is possible to fit into every moment … being present for what is… being intentional about living… dwelling in gratitude for a life of incredible spiritual adventures supported by the natural world: mountains, forests, meadows, desert lands and oceans as well as city spaces and the homes of friends.
