Reiki, is for everyone. Although spiritual by nature, there is no dogma associated with Reiki –it’s simply pure love and light. This Japanese hands-on healing technique teaches you how to access Universal Life Force Energy- something that we all inherently are and have access to – to assist in your healing journey. Reiki has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, relieve pain, balance emotions, support a healthy immune system, and aid in restful sleep, among many other benefits.

During our time together, we’ll unveil the foundations of Reiki, and explore its history and core principles. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your own energy field, the chakras, and how they influence your well-being.

Through hands-on practice, you’ll master self-treatment techniques, promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction, and overall balance. You’ll also learn how to share Reiki with loved ones, fostering a sense of peace and well-being in their lives.
