Anja guides a small group through meditation, QiGong, and a two-hour Reiki-infused sound bath, with long stretches of unstructured silence in between.
All meals are cooked from scratch, vegetarian and without cane sugar.
Put your phones away and enjoy two days without any input.
No meditation experience is needed. Most people arrive unsure they can go two days without speaking and leave wishing they had another one.
