In this 60 minute workshop, participants will learn simple, effective techniques to calm the nervous system and to help them step out of overthinking patterns.
Through guided exercises, gentle awareness practices, and practical tools, this workshop offers an accessible introduction to managing stress, reducing anxiety, and creating more inner ease in daily life. No prior experience is needed.
