Embrace summer in Ogunquit and start your day with yoga on the beach! The beach is so beautiful and peaceful first thing in the morning. There is no better place to start your day.
FREE kick-off session on Friday, June 27th, 7:30-8:30 am on the Main Beach in Ogunquit with Sage Clarke, E-RYT500.
(Paid classes continue EVERYDAY, June 28th though Labor Day, Sept. 1st.)
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, water and dress in layers. Limited loaner mats are available. Bathroom and outdoor showers available. Parking enforcement doesn’t start until 9am. More info at www.InnerKnowingWellness.com
