Join a Blue Fern Forest Bathing Session at Bedrock Gardens in Lee, NH.
All proceeds benefit Bedrock Gardens – a nonprofit group dedicated to inspiring wonder and creativity through unique garden design, horticulture and art. During this 2-hour program at Bedrock Gardens, you will be you will be led on an in-depth, immersive walk through quiet portions of the gardens. In total, the walk will be under one mile, with intermittent sitting. Your guide will lead you through mental exercises to quiet your mind, open your senses, and relax your body, ending with a tea ceremony. By the end of the session, you will feel calmed, refreshed, and like your mind and body have been experienced a much-needed reset. Space is limited. $35 for Public and $30 for Members and includes a full day pass to the gardens. Reserve your spot now!
