Are you curious about Pilates but aren’t quite sure where to start? Well now is your chance to explore Mat Pilates with a six-week Introduction to Pilates series with Aimee O’Brien. Pilates is a program that ANY BODY can do! It has been shown to lower stress levels, strengthen core muscles, ease back pain and improve posture. In this small group, 50-minute weekly class (Sept. 27th – Nov. 1st) we will explore the fundamental exercises and build upon them each week. SPACE is limited to 6 participants.
