My journey into the realm of the wellness industry began in 2017 when I started my 200 hour Subtle Yoga Yoga Teacher Training Program in Knoxville, TN. After finishing the program the next year, I moved to Louisville, KY, where I volunteered teaching yoga at Gilda’s Club, the local cancer support community. Starting in 2019, I attended massage school at Advanced Massage Therapeutics and worked as a massage therapist massaging jockeys at Churchill Downs. After taking some time to try out mobile massage in Charlotte, NC, I moved to New England early 2023. Shortly after settling in, I attended Reiki Training, Levels I and II of the Usui lineage and became a Reiki practitioner. I joined RISE October 2023 where I hope to promote relaxation and healing within this community of wellness practitioners.
