Compassion, intuition and curiosity fuel my approach towards discovery and understanding. I empathize with the realistic, candid nature of authentic progress. I am grateful to be here, doing this work and honored by each invitation to help with other’s healing journeys. I seek to strengthen myself knowing that my service to others will be deeply nurtured by this. In doing so, allows me to relate progressions in shared existence to further empower and heal this masterpiece of life we all participate. I work with individuals, those in relationships, families and groups.

I graduated from the Great Bay Community College Massage Therapy program in June 2021 and became licensed in August 2021. I recognize the human body as a fine tuned temple that houses our beings, this awareness influences my approach to massage therapy. Compassion leads my therapeutic touch to cooperate with deeply informed awareness of anatomy and physiology as well as energetic and emotional patterning found in the body’s tissues. Massage therapy is a beneficial modality for persons looking to manage stress levels, support and maintain their wellbeing, and relieve discomfort caused by chronic conditions.

Reiki

In October 2021, I studied under Reiki Master Libby Barnett through the Steinberg Wellness Center for Mind and Body to complete my Usui Reki I&II certifications. This experience taught me new language and tools, nurturing an exercise that had previously felt like a natural aspect of my being. Through continued experience, clarity and refinement have influenced my practice to become a powerful and comfortable opportunity for people to gain assistance with releasing blocked, stagnant and unproductive energies. This creates welcoming space for their relationship with constant permeating divinity more lucid and tangible.

Biofield Tuning is an electromagnetic approach to medicine founded by Eileen Day McKusic and taught through the Biofield Tuning Institute. I completed my foundations training in December 2021 and went on to complete my practitioner’s training in April 2022. This modality potently addresses specific incoherences within the Biofield. The tuning forks work by bringing coherentfrequencies into the electromagnetic body, when the fork meets an area of the field that is in disharmony, the wounded area broadcasts that sound and the body’s innate healing response engages so the field brings itself back into harmony. Vibrational Sound Therapy

In June of 2023 I attended a training inBoston Massachusetts through the Vibrational Sound Association to become certified as a Vibrational Sound Therapist. The VSA has redesigned the traditional model of the singing bowl to direct the flow of vibration back through the bottom of the bowls and these tools are intended to be used on body. Vibrational medicine is a very supportive practice for individuals working to shift patterns and make changes in their lives, due to the harmonization of the Biofield. This modality addresses the electromagnetic body in a general and gentle way. On body singing bowl therapy is deeply relaxing and often encourages brainwave states to shift into alpha, theta and delta ranges. Because of the body contact with coherent and healing frequencies, cellular restructuring as well as nervous system regulation are wonderful ways employ this therapy.
