Despite having spent my entire life in the woods, after just a few guided Forest Bathing sessions it’s like my eyes were opened and I was full immersed and experiencing nature for the first time.
I noticed for hours and even days after a session I felt calm, grounded, and peaceful. I knew the forest accepted me and that I had found home again.

Guided Forest Bathing is an emerging personal wellness practice that is gaining popularity world wide. It is a researched based nature immersion practice that decreases stress, lowers heart rate & blood pressure, has a positive effect on our immune system and general sense of well being.
Blue Fern Forest Bathing sessions create a safe yet expansive space where you can slow down, breathe in nature, and quiet your mind and see what unfolds in the process. Each guided session is roughly 2-3 hours and includes sensory invitations, slow forest walking immersion, a tea gathering and nature connection with the “more than human world.”
